PPlanned for Meridan, Idhao just outside of Boise this 9,000 sq. ft. facility combines an up-to-date microbrewery together with a 250 seat restaurant and bar.
One stand alone building sits on a broad level agriculatural plane and takes its formal inspiration from local farm buildings, traditional hop kilns, and barns.
Open truss and wood beam ceilings, concrete floors, stainless steel, and glass interior materials reflect a direct quasi-industrial approach that balances the concepts of production and hospitality. Exterior board and batten wood siding and a galvanized metal roof further reinforce the theme.
The concept includes a display kitchen, full bar, private group and family dining areas, a beer garden, and generous interior glass areas allowing views into the brewery areas.
